"There are some that we prioritize. Including Raperda about RT/RW," mentioned Merry Hotma, Vice Head of City Council's Bapemperda, Tuesday (5/12).

According to her, RT/RW Raperda should be formed to support their performance. Moreover, RT/RW administrators conveyed many problems when council members and head were in recess period.

Similar thing also needs to be applied for Population and Civil Registration Raperda.

"It is important, as Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept. (Disdukcapil) has no full authority in registering people living in apartments," she stated

For information, the 24 Raperda that will be compiled for next year are about RPJMD 2018-2022, Education Management and Implementation, Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility.

There are also RT/RW, Energy and Electricity, Local Health System, Food Tenacity, Jakarta Local Corporate, Muara Angke Nusantara Fisheries Port Area, Public Facilities Convenience for Women, Intolerance and Vector Control, as well as Settlement Pest.
